I love how Black Hole's nightmare ended up revealing that he might have some kind of OCD obsession in regards to death. The more you think about it, the more you realize that Black Hole's loyalty to the pact was out of obsession and fear. His compulsion is the death pact itself, with him strictly being against death even if it's the natural order of things. And I'll be honest, I always saw Black Hole as a comfort character, but now he's up there in my "Comfort Characters I Can Relate To" list. Huge shoutout to the writers for making Black Hole so beautifully well-written with him being OCD-coded. 🖤

In my opinion, I think Black Hole is well aware that he’s in a dream, and he actually put up an act. I’m not really sure if he knows he’s having a nightmare when Two announced to kill everyone, but you can see that a lot of times he was pretending to “accidentally” save them and getting distracted. I think he purposely killed everyone but Fanny just because he wanted a conversation with her. Either way no matter if it’s Black Hole’s destructive nature or an act, this arc is great!

I know people are mostly talking about One and what they’re up to, but I just wanna admire how well Book’s nightmare does the early BFB anination style. Like, it’s subtle, but it’s REALLY well done. I especially love seeing more of Two in that sorta sloppy inconsistent off-model artstyle with lines not quite connecting or with a bit of the outline peaking into the actual character that early Four and X had that sorta got lost as the series normalized the Algebralians. Don’t get me wrong, I love how smooth they look now, but I just LOVE that sorta wobbly compressed look where there’s no actual assets for the Algebralians and they just kinda change shape rapidly, especially that thing Four used to do where their mouth was just kinda a shape that got deformed and stretched into different shapes. But obviously it’s easier and cleaner to just use an asset like every other character would and only animate the limbs and face, so I’m not tryin’ to say that the show needs to go back to that way of animating Algebralians.

I think that Fanny’s conversation with Black Hole was the best part of the episode. Fanny is just trying to talk to Black Hole about the nightmare he’s had, which could lead to bad stuff in the future, and Black Hole is talking about how he tries his best. Overall, this episode was GOD TIER. Unique challenge, new, cool locations, and great character development! Can’t wait for TPOT 11!

This episode was definitely worth the wait. It was pretty goofy, but it was still probably the best episode of the season. These episodes just keep getting better and better. Every aspect of this episode was very well written and beautiful, and the arcs were extremely well worked on in this episode. I've never felt my heart warm this much from an episode of an object show before. Keep up the great work.

Wow, this is the BEST EPISODE EVER. I can't believe how many old arcs were finished and a new arc was formed too! Clock and Winner are good now, Pen's... still in debt (that's why it says edited lol, i made a mistake), the Death Pact (or 'Life Pact' as it's called now) drama is over. And for the new arc, Book has found a new friend in Price Tag, which has improved both of their characters for me (I even voted for Price Tag this episode). And let's not forget you can vote in a poll now, which makes it easier for us viewers (especially the ones with no YT account), and also the Huang twins, since they can now count the votes automatically. I think we should all say thank you to the Huang twins for such an amazing series, and creating such an amazing community.
