It's crazy when we get to see a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes. The amount of time he must spend in the studio to not just sing his parts, but do the vocal guides, background vocals, adlibs, harmonies, doubling, mixing the chorus and melody, etc. People think main vocalist is about lines when it's much more than that. He adds so much depth and blends with each member so well ❤

Bingo. That´s why I am happy to see this important and illustrative video by Ida S spreading to many Armies who may have been oblivious to what "the main vocalist" really means. It is not a privilege given title to someone who does not have everything it takes to carry that heavy load on his shoulders. I have seen so many outlandish comments about Jeon Jungkook and his position in BTS ( mainly made by envious delusional solo stans) where he was questioned, ridiculed and down right slammed for not deserving his position. The main vocalist needs to work for the best of the whole team and put in way more work than all the others. Some silly folks still believe it is mainly an ego booster and nothing else. I really hope this incredible video opens more eyes in the fandom and shuts up all doubters and haters.

This video is very revealing because it shows the responsibility that he has within the group. He bears most of that responsibility. He is the first to enter the recording studio and the last to leave. Not to mention that he is the center of the group, lead dancer, and sup rapper. We must also mention the contributions he makes to the group with his compositions, and when he makes his contribution as a producer of his own songs and that of other artists. It is worth mentioning that JUNGKOOK is credited as the Co-Composer of the OTS "Film Out" together, with Iyori Shimizu from Back Number. 11:20 jungkook actually produced the melody for “film out” lol he said he wanted the melody to be his voice… and I wasn’t sure what that meant until I saw it live and heard it here. He’s literally singing the entire song in the background with everyone’s parts he’s mixed in the back somehow. It’s really incredible

It was cool seeing how the ad libs happen while they record and he will just out of nowhere kinda close his eyes listening to the music and just start singing these crazy ad libs.... and then the others just tell him to get in the booth for awhile and then he will do it. These ad libs are just what he feels listening to the music. He has such a passion for music and everything to do with it... not everyone can do that in a way that add power to the song like he does... the emotion... it’s just incredible really. I just love all the hard work he puts in just like they all do... but they all have their own specialties if that makes sense... they’re all incredible individually... but have something exceptional that only do that well... as libs and harmonies are his forte this is what makes him special for the group... and his vocal stability... but where he lacks there are others who excel that cover him kinda thing... these guys are amazing.
