Ero al concerto a Praga il 22 di novembre, l fila fuori dal.palazzetto si stava formando e ancora lui stava facendo le prove. Tra i brani che ha provato c'era "Fire"....stava crollando il palazzetto dalla potenza della musica di questo brano! Energia pazzesca!

Feliz año nuevo. Dimach es increíble. Estuve en noviembre en su concierto en Düsseldorf, y fue alucinante. El público estaba totalmente entregado, y el igualmente. Cantó esta canción y como siempre impecable. Tiene una voz que había momentos que parecía que se me iba a romper el tímpano.Volveria a ir a otro concierto suyo. ❤❤❤

ik was in het concert van 21 nov 2024 in Praag en het was geweldig wat een energie explosie, ik maakte me zorgen dat hij straks weer op vliegtuig springt naar jullie toe, voor nog zo een concert, ik dacht gaat dat wel goed? maar in de filmpjes en de reacties hoor ik gewoon de zelfde reacties, het is fantastisch, krachtig, explosief, whahahha hij is een kanjer, blij dat je ook zo een fijn geweldig concert hebt gehad, dit was mijn 2e dit jaar, en als ik zijn agenda voor 2025 weet, en weet waar hij weer optreed in europa, ga ik zeker ook weer, want elk concert is anders en verrassend en geweldig, vriendelijk groet uit Nederland

@@reginadonker1599 definitivamente Dimash es adictivo por que después de asistir a su primer concierto es difícil no querer ir al siguiente… cuando escuché Fire la primera vez fui espectacular y al día siguiente uso la pista por que hizo una presentación de esta canción ALUCINANTE y un concierto mejor que el anterior. Entendemos que usa playback en una canción (Ave María) mi pregunta es : si en esta presentación usa playback por que hace los ejercicios físicos para en la presentación de la canción sea efectiva???? Es cierto que el día 14 de septiembre (al día siguiente) usó playback y la duración del concierto fue de más de 3 horas de duración !!! Y the story one sky fue en Vivo!!!!!!

Puede pensarse que es reproducción pero te aseguro que Dimash es capaz de hacerlo sin imperfección, una y otra vez. Ensaya hasta la saciedad y en ese concierto no estuve pero sí en Dusseldorf y te aseguro que fué absolutamente en vivo. Eso se nota en muchas cosas, no solo en el sonido sino en su garganta, en la postura de su cuello y columna, etc. Gracias por la reacción

@КульшараХасенова yes he did. He also premiered SOOS as a prerecorded song in Almaty, and WIGGY in Hong Kong. Dimash was very sick on the 13th and he had to make a few adjustments on the night. There is no shame in it, and it doesn't make the performance any less impressive.

I'm not one of those who insists that Dimash never uses playback. Things like that aren't always under his control anyway, however I do think he uses it far less than some people would have us believe. If you only ever listen to his songs and compare him by other artists standards then it's easy to make yourself believe he can't do what he does but if you're a diehard Dear following everything that emerges about him like some of us do then you get to understand how his mind works just a little bit better. Dimash's brain appears to work like a musical computer with total recall, thinking in notes and rhythms that most people wouldn't believe possible. He actually remembers music far better than he remembers lyrics and we've seen him pull songs from his mind that he hasn't performed in months at a seconds notice with absolute perfect recall. After the Istanbul concert Nathan Wang said they were supposed to perform a different song but at the last minute decided to do Be Happy and they only needed to go over it once for Dimash to remember it perfectly. As for sounding exactly the same, I watched the Dussledorf concert via livestream and Dimash started to perform When I've Got You, initially I thought he was using playback, it sounded exactly like the studio version, then I had the shock of my life because he forgot the lyrics and i realised it was absolutely live. When it comes to the vocalise parts of songs, if you listen to Dimash vocalising to Schindler's List or even playing the part of the Qobyz in rehearsal, I don't understand why you think it would be impossible for him to be singing Ave Maria or the vocalise parts of TSOOS live on stage? Just because he doesn't change it? Because it doesn't sound different? It's a series of notes, if you were playing Bach on the piano would you be switching notes just to prove you were playing live? Why should Dimash have to change things drastically just to prove he's singing live? There's always going to be people who want to knock him off his pedestal, this world doesn't like people who are too good at what they do, they are going to believe what they want to believe, but just maybe you should actually take a deep dive into an artist beyond just a few KZbin songs before you start believing everything that people on the internet state as fact and make your own minds up instead. Follow him on Instagram or follow one of the channels that posts all the little clips the actual Dears get to see to get the fuller picture of what he's actually capable of.

In the Düsseldorf version of "When I've got you", the verses and pre-choruses were obviously live but the choruses were playback. It is easily possible nowadays to do such things. If necessary, you can have just one note as playback. As for the rest, I think you ought to watch more videos of "Wings of Pegasus" to understand that nobody can sing the same song twice in exactly the same way. Not even Dimash.

@@mmsminimalmusic3110 I do watch a lot of wings of Pegasus videos. He seems like an overall honest person. However, tolerance surrounding the use of playback can vary from one extreme to another as it should, no one can convince me that circumstances the performer is in does not matter. I also noticed these analysts don’t always agree on their findings. There are too many variants that are not always taken into consideration. Seeing how nearly all strenuous singers eventually require some sort of surgery on their vocal cords, it would be foolish of dimash to sing such extreme notes live all the time, no other singer even attempt to (or able to) do what dimash does.

@@mariasloan2284 During interviews he said that he practices vocal techniques for 3 hours everyday to be ready for his performances. Before concerts, he runs to get his body ready. He doesn’t talk and he is alone for hours sometimes 24 hours before the concert to get his voice and mind ready . Sometimes if he has to rehearse he stays quiet for 1 or 2 hours before a concert.

Io non so se Dimash fa 3/4 ore di concerto tutte dal vivo, (mi sembra assurdo pretenderlo, visto il livello delle esibizioni), ma so che Dimash è una persona estremamente onesta, sincera e trasparente, sul palco da` tutto il possibile e anche di più (qualcuno ha visto il video di quando scende dal palco completamente svuotato che non si regge in piedi?) e la sua etica professionale, oltre alla sua coscienza, non gli permetterebbero mai di farlo con lo scopo di ingannare gli ascoltatori. Andate a vedere KNOW vocalise da KIEV 2020, oppure l'improvvisazione in lingua armena di I'LL DIE FOR THE WIND OF THE MOUNTAINS per capire di cosa è capace dal vivo. Ammesso che faccia parti preregistrate, sicuramente ha ottimi e plausibili motivi per farlo e, visto lo stratosferico livello delle esibizioni, mi chiedo perché questo continuo accanimento a voler pretendere da lui quello che qualsiasi altro essere umano non è in grado di dare. È invidia? È gelosia? O è solo cattiveria?

Ciao. Giacomo! Per capire il livello di Dimash, devi partecipare ad almeno un suo concerto. Questa è la nuova canzone d'autore di Dimash e l'ha eseguita per la prima volta il 09/13/2024. Non potevi sentirla eseguita da altri artisti. Lo ha eseguito per la seconda volta al suo secondo concerto il 14 settembre, eseguendo anche il 22 e 24 novembre. Dimash è un artista perfezionista : la sua tecnica è perfezionata, sempre visibile quando lo spettacolo va dal vivo, la sua «fisica» del corpo, il lavoro della laringe, piena di fenomenale dedizione mentre il sudore scorre dal viso. A proposito, il suo allenamento vocale avviene mentre corre, salta, balla, persino appeso a testa in giù. E ancora - "Storia del cielo" Dimash si esibisce ad ogni concerto, ma non si esibisce mai allo stesso modo, apporta sempre modifiche-altre modulazioni, improvvisazioni, Accenti. L'esecuzione non è mai come l'altra, ma questa composizione non ha eguali per complessità e durata. (10 minuti) vorrei davvero che tu partecipassi almeno una volta al suo concerto e tutte le domande sarebbero scomparse da te. Acquista solo il biglietto in prima fila per vedere tutti i dettagli dell'esecuzione. Dirò solo di coloro che risvegliano costantemente il tema della "riproduzione", non saliranno mai alla consapevolezza del livello di genio, poiché Dimash è cresciuto molto come artista negli ultimi tempi . Il canto di Dimash è impeccabile, ma non rafforziamo l'idea che sia una macchina dicendo che è 'perfetto'... è un termine che spaventa, anche se si attaglia parecchio a Dimash... io direi che le esibizioni singole sono veramente perfette, da ogni punto di vista, nei concerti si può percepire qualche sbavatura, e cambio di registro, o brevi intervalli 'parlati' per riposare la voce...questi sono gli unici espedienti a cui ricorre Dimash. Ich muss immer lachen. Bei schlechten Sängern, die überall im Radio laufen, fragt beinahe niemand ist es playplack. Obwohl diese in ihren Konzerten kaum live singen. Aber bei Dimash, wo es außer Frage steht, welches hervorragende Talent und welche großartige Technik er hat, da wird immer danach gesucht und analysiert. Io a maggio sono andata a Budapest a vedere il suo concerto. Non mi ha dato l’impressione di cantare in playback. Per riposarsi un po’ tra una impresa e l’altra (visto che parlare di canzoni mi sembra riduttivo) interagiva con il pubblico, ha fatto suonare il fratello, ha suonato la dombra con un altro musicista in una specie di gara ecc… se avesse usato il playback, penso che probabilmente avrebbe strutturato il concerto in un altro modo. Comunque è stato meraviglioso! Lo consiglio a tutti! Quest’anno, se fa un altro concerto in Europa e riesco a conciliare con il lavoro, vorrei tornare a vederlo un’altra volta.

No, you are wrong. Both nights, he performed this specific song along with a prerecorded track. A few songs are usually prerecorded so that he has a chance to rest. He can't sing nonstop for 3 hours. And yes, I was there on both nights and Dimash was also sick, so there was even more reason for him to take special care.

@k.vn.k oh no! He would never do that. He would die of boredom. 😄 His concerts are typically 3 hours long with around 23-25 demanding songs. He is also very active and physical in his performance. There are a few songs (probably 2-3, who knows) that will be prerecorded. This is simply to give him a chance to take a rest without breaking the flow and energy of the show. Some songs may have sections where he will have the option to lipsync a very demanding part should he feel fatigued, but he can also choose to sing over it. This is common for all singers, not just Dimash.

I saw Dimash in Düsseldorf on the 24th of November. You can not imagine how amazing that was. It was pure magic. You have to experience that. His voice is so perfect and powerfull. I assume that some of the very difficult songs are sometimes playback in his concerts. But when you are there and hear him sing and in many songs he sings so obviously life and so unbelievably good than you don't know what to think. Story of one Sky is 100 % life in the first half I think since the Antalya concert in 2023. Have a listen to the fancam from the Düsseldorf concert from Dimash Rapsody. I think this version was so beautiful ❤

I don't think anyone will complain about only 3 or 4 songs that are playback when the concert is 3 hours long and everything else is live. He is only human. I would rather enjoy 3 hours of music in this way than only 1 hour because I insist that everything must be live.

I fully agree. As I was lucky enough to attend several concerts (including 4 this year 🤗), I know that most of his performances are live. He had an issue with his earpieces during one of them (Dusseldorf 2022 I think), and had to adapt SOS because he could not hear anything... it proved that he was performing live. His concerts are long and exhausting (the longest one I attended was in Almaty: 4h!), and we all know that he can sing all his songs live: like you, I clearly prefer enjoying a 3h concert instead of a shorter one full live. To me, this debate is absurd: Dimash does not need to demonstrate again and again his insane vocal skills. I understand that some don't appreciate him but claiming that he is a playback singer as I already read in some comments is dishonest.

Dimash has been heard singing in his dressing room "Queen Of The Night" as a warmup before a 3 hour solo concert. Dimash only mimes on certain TV shows which insist on it, in "Live" concerts he doesn't.

You really need to get a realistic view of what happens in his concerts. At least 20% of his songs are playback even in his concerts. Yes, this is not too much compared to other singers. But to insist that there is no playback in his concerts is plainly wrong.

"The story of one sky" is not a piece played just like that at a concert. It is a piece written to carry a message and its structure and complexity should sink into everyone's soul and heart. So that everyone can feel what Dimash wants to convey. It should make people start acting and do everything to make the world peaceful. The piece is difficult, first of all, the vocalization. The first part is live singing, the second is played to increase the effect. Of course, we could hear live vocalization at a concert and then what? It is three hours of singing really difficult pieces combined with dancing and running around the stage. I just don't understand why the topic is still being brought up whether it is live or not. 80% of the concert is live. Let all the vocalists sing as much live with such finesse, technique and range beyond the piano as Dimash does. We would then be in musical heaven. If we want to enjoy his voice for many years to come, let him protect his vocal cords. He doesn't have to prove anything to anyone anymore. Dimash sang half of the concerts of the last tour when he was sick. He is only human. Let's love him and protect him, because such a phenomenon happens once in a lifetime. And if someone has a problem with his playing some parts, let them not listen to him and that's it.

Capisco che Dimash sia la disperazione dei vocal coach di mezzo mondo perché riesce a fare cose precluse agli altri....ma non si può liquidare il suo talento ineguagliabile 'presumendo' playback che non esistono... io me la prendo per lui, perché 25 anni di allenamento quotidiano uniti ad un talento fuori dal comune hanno prodotto il miglior cantante della storia. Agreed, bringing up playback or whatever is just plain boring to me. I know some of Dimash's early performance were recorded over by post producers so the versions sound exactly the same, but since Dimash has control over what gets published, different live versions are all clearly different. I click off when this topic is raised, its just not interesting. Dimash is never in the business of fooling the public.

Ceci n'est que mon avis (et je me trompe peut-être car je ne suis pas un expert dans ce domaine) mais je pense que Dimash a chanté la chanson "Fire" avant le concert dans les conditions du direct (100% live) puis la chanson a été mise en recording/playback pendant le concert pour qu'il puisse en même temps faire une performance scénique avec beaucoup de mouvements pour un rendu encore plus explosif. Après, ce que vous dites est vrai. Il doit par moment choisir d'utiliser le playback, non pas parce qu'il ne peut pas chanter mais pour préserver sa voix car contrairement à la plupart des chanteurs qui font 1h20 à 1h40 de concert, Dimash donne tout pendant plus de 3h. Qui plus est, avec des chansons techniquement extrêmement complexes. Personnellement, cela ne me frustre pas car pendant les 3h il chante beaucoup de chansons 100% live et son énergie sur scène est époustouflante et absolument hors norme. En tout cas, votre analyse était super intéressante. Merci pour votre franchise et votre expertise. Je vous souhaite une très belle année 2025 avec la santé et le succès dans vos projets !

Buon Anno, Giacomo, e grazie per questa nuova reaction! "Fire" è un pezzo molto bello, veramente interessante. Mi puace moltissimo Dimash in veste rock, e che rock!!! Sono d'accordo con te, la tua analisi è condivisibile in tutti i punti. Io penso che le note alle quali riesce ad arrivare Dimash siano realmente impossibili per quasi tutti i cantanti. Nei live si sente veramente al massimo questa potenza, la sua voce dal vivo è spettacolare, e non solo la voce, tutto lo spettacolo è a livelli altissimi, le coreografie, le scenografie, tutto incredibilmente accattivante, affascinante. Per quanto riguarda l'uso del playback, devo dire che anche a me ha dato l'idea che in alcuni pezzi lui ne faccia uso, ma un uso intelligente, come tu ci descrivi, non certamente per mascherare cali di voce o impossibilità ad arrivare a certe Note...note in Dimash. Lui anche quando canta live è straordinario, anzi, più straordinario che in studio. Però...in quasi quattro ore di concerto non può sostenere tutte, proprio tutte, delle canzoni così impegnative. Nella seconda data di Astana, quella del 14 settembre, interpreta Fire in maniera ancora più spettacolare, facendo uso di arti marziali e poi salendo su una cima e volteggiando su essa, come un acrobata 😮. Credo fosse realmente impossibile usare la voce dal vivo per interpretare una canzone tanto impegnativa, senza incorrere in qualche imperfezione, sia pur minima, e invece è sempre perfetto...e non ho riscontrato differenze, a livello vocale, fra le due interpretazioni, quella del concerto del 13 e quello del 14 settembre. Anche quando canta tenendo il microfono a distanza di mezzo metro, non si sente alcuna variazione nella voce, cosa tecnicamente abbastanza improbabile. Dunque, lui nei live fa uso, secondo me, ogni tanto, del playback, ma tutto il concerto è sostanzialmente dal vivo, solo, dico solo, in alcuni pezzi, non è live, oppure solo parzialmente live, per esempio A Story of one sky, io penso sia live, tranne che nelle parti più impegnative, parlo sempre del concerto di Astana. È anche un modo per preservare il suo prezioso strumento. Ieri sera ho visto su KZbin un suo intero concerto, risalente al dicembre 2019, in Russia, e lì sono abbastanza sicura nell'affermare che era in tutta l'esibizione completamente live. Ed è stato fantastico! Ed è poco dire fantastico. Grazie ancora Giacomo!

The concerts are too long to sing every single song live. His songs are very demanding, as you know. There are always a few songs that are prerecorded so that he has a chance to rest. Ahora entiendo porque no te sorprendiste, cuando encorvadisimo hacia atrás, hizo un tono agudo y altísimo, porque pensaste que era truco... Pues no, no hay truco... Dimash esta poniendo el listón suprema mente alto... Ustedes han normalizado lo que está mal. Dimash lleva todo a la perfección, por eso práctica mínimo de 3 a 4 horas diarias y si va a tener concierto hasta 10 horas de práctica... Vive cantando en todo momento mientras puede, incluso mientras hace deporte canta para hacerlo a la perfección con saltos y en movimiento... Porque se exige a sí mismo como ninguno... Si está en una conferencia y lo entrevistan pidiéndole cantar, incluso ahí a veces es música solamente de fondo y el canta dejando a todos atónitos, muy rara vez en esas conferencias ha usado playback, porque no le gusta nada decepcionar a su público.... Él canta hasta casi 4 horas, totalmente en vivo en un concierto y su perfección la critican y le buscan que fue apoyado con playback o cosas raras... No es el caso con Dimash, por eso es considerado el mejor cantante del mundo... Tienes que escucharlo a capella y seguirlo como tiburón si quieres salir de dudas y de paso aprender que con trabajo arduo desde los 5 años de edad, y ahora hasta con un doctorado, que se puede conseguir, además de que ha crecido rodeado de la música en su familia y ha alcanzado una voz privilegiada... Está haciendo historia, y dejando un gran legado desde ahora... Está cambiando las bases de la música y poniendo el listón supremamente alto, como dije.....Dimash sobre todo es honesto,

Para mí el segundo concierto en Astaná ha sido la mejor actuación de Dimash de esta canción, allí salió metido en una caja de madera, todo lleno de cables, que se iba quitando con fuerza mientras cantaba... Too many singers have had their voices destroyed from either prolong live singing or singing vocally stressful notes. I’m actually happy that dimash uses playback at times otherwise I’ll be so worried about not having him around for long. His songs are vocally more strenuous than any other singer’s. To sing those notes for 4 hours straight would be ridiculous.

Have you ever been to one of his concerts? He never uses playback in his concerts. I went to his concert in Düsseldorf he sang for 3 hours. No playback. He sang this song “fire” live. During interviews, Dimash said he practices vocal techniques for 3 hours everyday. ❤

Dimash does use playback in his concerts. That's a fact. But his concerts last more than 3 hours, usually 3 and a half hours! Certain songs are usually playback. Ave Maria, Olimpico and usually PARTS of the Story of one sky (vovalisation). There may be more like more like Stranger but not as a rule. Hard as I try I still cannot make out with certainty when he uses playback but I can much better make out when he sings live. I have attended 7 concerts of Dimash. Be sure: even live do his vocals have studio quality. No cracks in his voice, no weakness. That's why I do no longer mind him using playback as long as it is not a whole concert. His vocals are unique, most precious. He makes extra sure and does not take any risk to ruin them - and that's absolutely fine with me. I adore his vocals, I know that he sings live in studio quality, I know that he himself sang the playback. So when he decides to use playback I know that it is an act of taking responsibility of his unique gift (and 25 years of hard daily practice). I absolutely respect his decisions. The concert where nearly every song was live (since I saw him live for the first time in 2022) was in Budapest. Except for the vocalisation in the story of one sky I suppose every song was live.

Olimpico è sempre dal vivo, ci sono piccole variazioni in ogni performance. Praga per esempio è stata diversa da Dusserdolf. Bisogna conoscere i pezzi molto bene per notarli. Dimash canta tutto dal vivo. Protegge la sua voce in altro modo, non con la finzione.

Probabilmente in The story of one sky sceglie di cantare solo alcune parti in playback. Sono sicuro che alcuni vocalizzi non li faccia mai dal vivo, almeno da quello che ho potuto constatare.. Però pazienza, ripeto che non ha nulla da dimostrare a nessuno. Se un artista come lui fa delle scelte di questo tipo sono mosse da valide ragioni.

Might be the overwhelm. But I believe both The Story of One Sky and Fire were live. (Fire has background vocals though that might not be live. I can’t tell if the other voices are his voice as well or his background singers) Since it is absolutely possible to sing to a track and be very precise with the timing, It is possible, that the other instances were live as well. En cuanto a Fire, si podría ser playback, según lo que escuche en el estreno en Astana y luego en Praga y Dusseldorf, la interpretación es la misma, pero Dimash te puede sorprender en cualquier momento de sus conciertos. En cuanto a The Story of one Sky, solo observa los últimos conciertos desde Turquía, la primera parte es muy diferente, definitivamente no hace playback ahí, pero cuando entra a la parte más dificultosa, pues si estoy en duda si hace playback, el único concierto que hace The Story of one Sky completamente en vivo en toda la canción es en Armenia, deberías escucharlo

Non ero a conoscenza di questa polemica "playback sì/no" su Dimash, se ho capito bene riguarderebbe questa canzone nello specifico, giusto? O comunque poche di tutto il suo repertorio. Quindi perché questa nello specifico canterebbe sempre solo in playback? Non gli mancano le doti e la tecnica per eseguirla bene. L'interpretazione anche con il movimento del corpo e l'aspetto scenico sono presenti in molte sue esibizioni (anche quelle che, per lievissime sbavature, sono live di certo) senza alterare granché il risultato a livello vocale. Ci sta di dover fare pause per "riposare" ma sempre con la stessa canzone? Credo sappia benissimo che ultimamente c'è sempre più la caccia al playback per qualsiasi cantante, con conseguenti critiche, e facendo così sa che attirerebbe su di sé questi sospetti con le polemiche che ne derivano. Non so, non mi convince del tutto l'opzione playback per Dimash. Comunque anche se fosse non ci troverei nulla di male, ci sono gruppi in cui i membri cantano mentre ballano, quando le coreografie sono complesse cantano in playback e mi pare normale. Se per una canzone Dimash vuole dare la priorità allo spettacolo in toto, sacrificando la voce dal vivo, se lo può permettere alla grande, non ha da dimostrare nulla.

Io adoro Dimash, mi pare evidente che sia ottimo dal punto di vista vocale ma sappiamo anche che curi la performance in ogni suo aspetto quindi se ogni tanto preferisce concentrarsi maggiormente sulla tenuta del palco, il movimento, le dinamiche etc... e usa il playback ci può stare. Ma fosse anche solo un momento di recupero per le corde vocali, è solo una parentesi in un concerto live (un altro espediente che usa è suonare strumenti tradizionali tipici del suo Paese, senza cantare), dove sta il problema? È straordinario e, almeno secondo me, insuperabile ma è umano anon è una macchina, ha dei limiti fisici anche lui. Certo che se usa il playback gestisce benissimo il labiale perché non si vede mai un minimo di discrepanza fra labbra e voce, come è possibile?

My problem with this controversy is that some critics use this lipsynch argument to devalue Dimash’s hard work. And since it is a touchy subject, I myself feel overprotective, when a reactor - vocal coach or not - says something they have absolutely no proof for, other than a subjective feeling or a guess based on flawed human perception. Given how damaging that statement can be for a singer, I can’t accept a "I don’t hear a difference". And when other say that they hear a difference, saying it must be imagined. If some singers can replicate a song in a way that only a computer can show us the difference, then subjective hearing is just not reliable enough to make a definitive statement. And to me saying something without proof, that could be damaging is just gossip and wrong! 🤨 Giving a percentage of how sure you are is better. But it still feels questionable to bring up that subject without putting in the work to really prove it with voice analysis software. There is also the problem with definitions. People keep saying something is lip-synched, when it’s live singing with additional backing tracks or when the live vocals have been replaced for the tv broadcast, or when the live vocals have been changed in post production. But all those cases are not the same. And even if two performances are the same - the first one could be the real live one. I think there are enough reasons to give the benefit of the doubt. I have no problem if he uses playback. He must have his reasons if he does. But that doesn’t mean everyone is allowed assume it without proof. This devalues his great effort if he works his behind off and people just say that it wasn’t even real without any evidence! 😜

I'm a professional vocal trainer and I SEE, HEAR and KNOW he is in playback here, so this is my technical analysis based on my competences. If you have a problem ACCEPTING he is not singing live, that is your problem with Dimash, not with me. Otherwise, I if you can just accept he is doing a choice you don't like, but he is an excellent singer anyway, then we can talk. Le motivazioni di questa scelta possono essere le più svariate, come hai sottolineato. Anch’io però, quando vado ad un concerto, desidero sentire il cantante cantare dal vivo. Le imperfezioni fanno parte dell’essere umani e non macchine! Mi emoziona molto di più un cantante con alcune eventuali piccole sbavature perché canta dal vivo piuttosto che uno spettacolo orchestrato per essere “perfetto”.

Sono sicuro al 100% che la parte finale con le distorsioni acute (quando dice "We're choosing life") siano sempre in playback. Probabilmente nelle strofe si tiene un po' di margine e le canta dal vivo! In ogni caso sono sempre scelte, se un artista fa una scelta di questo tipo ci saranno sicuramente delle motivazioni dietro

La gola si muove anche con il microfono spento (per esempio l'esibizione dei Ricchi e Poveri di ieri sera sulla Rai, anche quella playback tutta la vita). Io ho sentito che lui ai concerti, cosi lunghi, lui usa il misto tra live e playback. Per esempio dovrebbe essere in playback l'Ave Maria e la seconda parte di The story of one sky. Sinceramente non mi turba cosi tanto se ogni tanto il playback in quanto questo non toglie nulla alla sua bravura e poi perché credo che nei concerti lunghi e intensi come i suoi la voce debba riposare e non essere portata all'estremo in una sola canzone. I think you're right and he is doing playback here. Personally, I don't see why some people have such a problem with it. His concerts are 3, sometimes 4 hours long and he does not have the usual pop songs, he has a ton of crazy songs. So, if he wants to run on the stage or dance for a couple of songs and do playback to rest his voice, then so be it. Most of the songs are live in his concerts so I don't mind if a few are not. I think you're right with the Story of One Sky as well but I found a couple of concerts where I think he does sing live the first half of the song. Sul playback la penso come te. Io se pago un biglietto preferisco una stecca, ma dal vivo. Le prémière delle canzoni talvolta le fa in playback, ma solo quelle molto impegnative per la voce, perché "when I've got you" la prima volta l'ha fatta dal vivo. Story of one sky la fa dal vivo fino alla parte del finale che è impossibile da cantare per chiunque secondo me. E sicuramente anche per preservare la voce anche se lui fa veramente pochi concerti durante l'anno. Ma fa diverse esibizioni in giro per il mondo per altri eventi. Ad Almati story of one sky era tutta playback, ma ogni volta che lo dici ti attaccano tutti, ma è talmente evidente. In tutto ciò io adoro Dimash e so che è al di sopra di tutti gli altri cantanti, anche perché è un performer eccezionale e sappiamo che dal vivo fa cose leggendarie, ma in un concerto di più ore ci può stare che cerchi di non affaticarsi troppo. Io penso (ma è solo una mia opinione, la realtà la sa solo Dimash) che Dimash sia rimasto come intrappolato nel mito del cantante perfetto che fa cose incredibili e non sbaglia mai, quindi per non rischiare di sbagliare e deludere una parte del fandom, sulle situazioni più rischiose usa il playback parziale (raramente totale). Se tutti accettassimo il fatto che Dimash è umano, che soffre di sinusite, che a volte non è del tutto in forma, che ha bisogno di preservare la voce, che in concerto corre per 3 ore avanti e indietro su palchi enormi e rimane senza fiato, che può prendere una stecca per qualsiasi motivo anche se la stessa canzone l'ha fatta in maniera impeccabile 10.000 volte, allora forse lui abbandonerà il playback o le canzoni su cui il playback è una scelta quasi obbligata e si concentrerà sulle sue canzoni bellissime con meno acuti. The Story Of One Sky però è fondamentale in concerto, è la sua bandiera, ma sono 9 minuti di canzone con un finale estremo, è assolutamente comprensibile che faccia live almeno una buona metà e lasci il resto. Le capacità di Dimash sono fuori discussione, ha dato una quantità infinita di prove di sapere cantare di tutto comprese note estreme. Purtroppo il playback è un argomento tabù nel fandom. Giacomo, io ammiro la tua onestà.

Dimash queste cose le sa fare molto bene come abbiamo visto per le cover. Un'altra canzone che dovrebbe cambiare è "el amor en ti", sarebbe bello sentirla dal vivo divisa per parti, certo non con le 4 voci insieme!

Ciao Chiara, domanda interessante! È difficile da dire perché noi sentiamo sempre un suono amplificato e processato da effetti vari. Quindi probabilmente ha molto meno volume di quello che crediamo, perché la potenza che sentiamo è data dall'amplificazione (soprattutto live essendoci un impianto da tanti watt percepiamo ancora più questa cosa a livello fisico)
