I'm guessing sometime in the mid 80s because I believe his Introduction to Philosophy lectures took place in like 1997 and he looks much older in those. You can see the same clips of the students in the Intro to Phil lectures aswell so I think he just added them in there and the students aren't necessarily the same students he's lecturing in a given video

at one point, the professor mentioned soviet union as a living breathing thing, so I suppose the lecture was given before 1991
