Actually, I will never forget the celebration of my last birthday, my 28th birthday because I donated some daily requirements and foods for old people in nursing home. It was my first time experience of doing so and I got lesson that I will be old one day like them. My mother also prepared my favorite traditional food. My father gave me my dream motorcycle. Anyway, I was very happy. 🎉 By the way, you are exactly 10 years senior. 😊

I really love my last birthday. My friends secretly planned a surprise for me. They come at my house at 12 AM and start clapping and singing “happy birthday”. I didn’t knew anything about surprise, so it was last years’ heartwarming and lovely occasion in my life.

Thanks for sharing your experience; it sounds like a wonderful time! Your answer is great, and the only change would be to add 'the' before the second 'surprise'. This is because you are saying more about the surprise you mentioned at the start of the answer. Good job!

It just recently went on 13 th of April. I turned 22 this year. Starting with the morning,I was full of wishes and blessings showered by my closed ones,my peers and my colleagues of my workplace. I was not engaged in a birthday celebration and it all went normal like other days but at the evening some of my friends visited my house with a birthday cake and their we celebrated the day as a small party. Personally, i don't like to engage in parties

Great answer! A few of changes: 1. closed --> close 2. at the evening --> in 3. their --> there. These are just small errors but, as you know, the IELTS exam is strict! On the positive side, you use some interesting vocabulary and your answer length is great!

I'd like to tell you about a birthday i had when i was a kid.i probably was around 8 years old.What really made this day was that i was in the U.A.E.My friends and teachers made a surprise party for me;setting this up with my family😁.My brother told me that we are going out for a meal outside in my favorite restaurant.when we got there, all lights were off, then they were turned on and all my loved ones were right there; my close friends,teachers and above all my great family.There was a beautiful big tart, with my picture on it.Everyone were singing birthday songs and then they gave me awesome gifts.what makes this birthday memorable was that the gathering of all my loved ones.i felt gratitude and was totally over joyed.

A wonderful answer! A nice range of content and language. One adjustment I would like to make: "What made this birthday memorable was the gathering of all my loved ones." In this structure, there is no need for 'that'. Great job!

Well, ıt was amazing as such! My friends made me surprise party at the plag ground with baloons. ı was really stoked to see blue birthday cake which is made up with my favorite colors. My birthday was celebrated at the end of my exams last year so i had a chance to get rid of stressful school routin

Thanks for sharing; it sounds like a great day! One note on your English: when describing a past event at a specific time (last birthday), don’t use present perfect. Specific times require the past simple👍

Not much, really. Birthdays are not a big deal for me. I am a foodie so I went out for a slap up meal with few of my mates. We went to a newly opened local Punjabi restaurant in our neighbourhood and the food was sensational.

Sure, I'd recommend you to try Chicken tikka, Chicken butter masala, Chole kulche, Naan and Lassi if ever you have had the chance. These are the authentic Punjabi food. I think in UK Punjabi food is more common now..

honestly speaking, I do not celebrate my birthday. because I believe that celebrate birthday is wastage of money. I find some other ways to get together with family and friends like go to weddings and any other kind of function. when celebrate birthday people ask age. I don't want to reveal my age.
