Neither did I. The band doesn't sound good when it's filmed up close all the sound goes to the front so I don't. You'd hear individuals rather than the entire band. Thank you.

Not a JSU alum, but one who understands Civil Engineering Topography response - Not an issue of embezzlement or misuse of funds. I am don't live in Mississippi. However, Mississippi suffers from a variety of expansive clay, the soil that forms the beds for roads and infrastructure. It is nearly impossible to get that stuff under control. The state has gotten into a cyclical deal where it's simply cheaper to continuously repave roads with asphalt every 5-7 years rather than fix the road bed for good. The stuff just wreaks havoc. Where other places have different infrastructure problems, Mississippi has road problems. I would imagine your area has some form of annoying infrastructure problem as well. Some places flood, other places people live on top each other and others people live in more deplorable conditions. I hope the response provides a better understanding about the topography that supports the infrastructure.

Why is this parade so long? I get there are traditions, but there is too much dead space along the route. Shorten it and being the folks closer together for more energy and reaction.
