Jackson's latest single shows how love can conquer death. The video clip shows a loyal army team (dancers) performing a ritual to revive Jackson from his unpleasant grave . Jackson then joined the army and did other things. He performed the ritual to remove the people he loved from his grave, so that they could be reunited. Jackson along with other video clip actors using traditional clothing. With electronic rhythms chanting to bring modern pop, '100 Ways' is also paired with visuals that pay homage to ancient Chinese culture with two elements that are equally important in Jackson's overall vision .

The theory or concept behind this video is so cool it is like a tv show like you said aha. Jackson was the captain and his 4 subordinates summoned him so that he can reunite in his past life with his love who’s been taken from him and the subordinates sacrifice their lives to help him summon her. In the last scene when Jackson uses the hand signs he basically summons themselves back to the grave but this time they are together.

And I would also like to add that he was ranked eleventh in the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics, and won first place at the Asian Junior and Cadet Fencing Championships in 2011 . He was about to participate in London Olympics but he left it to pursue kpop and left for Korea. He is so super talented 😍

So, here's what I think is going on: 4 loyalists meet at the grave of their fallen military general or leader, Jackson. They perform a ritual to resurrect him from the grave. They equip him with enchanted armor to give him strength to perform an even harder ritual. As they pass through the forest, their combined spiritual energies literally cuts down trees. They reach their final destination, & begin the final ritual. This ritual is harder, and requires sacrifice, so the 4 loyalists give their lives for Jackson to complete the ritual, & the woman is resurrected. (I've heard some say that this is based on an ancient Chinese love story where the man never got to confess his feelings to the woman, so he brings her back just to ask her of she felt the same.) Jackson and his betrothed dance together, but only for a short time, as the ritual's power is fading. Finally, they embrace each other, and Jackson ends the ritual, and they descend into the afterlife, together...

all his mv is aesthetically pleasing! none of the mvs are disappointing. but in terms of the concept and direction, I would recommend 1. Bullet To The Heart 2. Dway 3. Titanic 4. Jackson is was born in Hong Kong and studied in American International School. He is fluent in English, Korean and other languages. He was a sabre fencer for Hong Kong's fencing team and was ranked eleventh in the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics and won first place at the Asian Junior and Cadet Fencing Championships in 2011. After passing a music audition, he moved to Seoul, South Korea in July 2011 to pursue a career in K-pop. This young man has many talents he can sing, dance, compose song. He choreograph all his own videos.

I really like his voice. Very manly and a bit “raspy “ is that the word? I also like his song 👌OKAY. This song is about this general from ancient China raised from the dead to search for his lover who died. At the end he found her at her buried place and summoned her so they could be buried together. (I think it took place either Tang or Ming dynasty based on the armor of the solders and the woman’s dress. Those hand signals what the ancient Chinese believe to be inner power to do super natural thing 😂 it’s hard to explain but all the Chinese historical dramas have similar hand symbols like that. But his hair style is modern time🤣.)

Apologies for the long comment. But I really to share this info about the director, and the choreographers of this music video. So hope that's alright. For who directed this music video. He is an incredible dancer himself, in fact a B-Boy called "Daniel 'Cloud' Campos". He has been in "The Greatest Showman", "Step-Up 3", and has created some well shot & directed dance videos of himself. Definitely go check him out. As for the dancers who did the choreography of this music video, they are called "The Kinjaz" (Kin-juz, like ninjas), and they also did the choreography of other Jackson Wang's song "Titanic", which you really should react to the music video. They're a Urban Dance crew from LA, and they have been a crew since 2010, and they do "Urban Dance", it's a combination of mostly Hip-Hop (the choreography version), with other Street Dance styles, as well as Contemporary, Jazz etc. They're hugely influenced & inspired by their Asian culture & heritage. They're also basically dancing nerds, that love anime (they're mostly/obviously are influenced from "Naruto"), and they were formerly known as the ANBU Black Ops, before changing their name to The Kinjaz (which previously stands for "Brotherhood of Ninjas", now stands for "The Family of Ninjas", Kinjaz). Also, that hand pose with the 2 right fingers up with the left flat palm underneath is their main crew's hand sign. And yes, they are THAT GOOD, no speeding up or slowing down the footage what so ever. As for their style & influence of dance & choreography. It's more like a "Kaba Modern" (from ABDC Season 1) than "The Jabbawockeez". Or more like what you see in LA/Californian dance crews that you see in those big dance competitions (like "Urban Paradise", "VIBE", "World Of Dance" (the original organisation, not NBC's), and the most recent one the The Kinjaz are help running it "Arena LA") with those big dance crews (like "Brotherhood", "The Company", "GRV", "220", and 'Choreo Cookies", just to name a few). Which, most members of The Kinjaz were (and still are) choreographers for these dance crews, and the dance studios the crews come from. Speaking of members, majority of the main choreographers are we'll known veterans & legends of the Street & Urban Dance community & industry, and The Kinjaz currently have over 36 official members in the crew. They have 1 of the former members of the Jabbawockeez (Ben Chung aka B-Tek), 2 members of Kaba Modern (Mike Song (who is one of the co-founders) & Tony Tran, which both of them performed for the Jabbawockeez, but not any more/not as much), 4 of the Poreotics (Charles, Chad, Law & Jet-Li), & 2 from Mos Wanted Crew (Jawn (John) Ha & Bam Martin, and are 2 of the dancers in the video). Also, they made a lore/story about them being students, or elite ninjas against some sort of evil. But now just focusing on make great performances, with some of their jokes and quirks they usually do. You should definitely look up more about it in their channel. ( kzbin.info ) Sorry for going over board, but I'm extremely passionate for The Kinjaz. They have majority of my favourite choreographers, they love anime & ninjas as much I do (or maybe more than me), and their clothes designs are so cool, which you can buy them from their online store by the way. X) Anyway. Hope this isn't way too much.

The hand getures are from Taoism(a philosophical or religious tradition of Chinese), instead of Buddhism, which is a magic gesture that can make corpse moving by themselves. In this MV, Jacson the General and the girl are both dead(the General is dead because of war). And the General wants to stay together with his lover even after death, so the soldiers wake up the General with the magic Taoism gesture, help him get out the grave , walk to the grave of his lover, get her out the grave(it seems the four loyal soldiers sacrifice themselves to help the General). The General asks her if she still loves him, apparently she does, at last they are buried together. SAD LOVE STORY. In China, there is an old saying "sleep in one bed when alive, and buried together after death", which is a symbol of true love.

The four soldiers soul are still there, waiting for the appropriate time to cast the general's soul to find the princess's grave together. React to Dway! That one and Bullet to the Heart were all directed by the same guy that directed 100 Ways! Daniel Cloud Campos! If you're interested in the dancers, the crew is the KINJAZ and they've also collabed with him on his song TITANIC. Jackson hooked up with them on a dance competition show in China called Hot Blood Dance Crew. If you want, you can react to the 3 stages he participated in. His intro dance, the sniper stage (this one was painful and emotional cause Jackson was sick and running a 103+ fever and he hadn't slept 8 hrs for the WEEK while rehearsing) and the finale! The last two were choreod by KINJAZ.
