Iv had my 2003 single cab Sierra with 69,000 miles done for about 4 months forged ls2 with .20 decked 821 ls3 heads and stock ls3 intake Huron speed single t6 kit with a big boy Garrett 85mm on a Holley hp efi Bosch 210s its got a pretty nice th400 with a billet fti valve body and t/brake badass PTC converter from Dusty Bradford, calvert leafsprings and caltrac bars built rear end with strange everything calvert 3 way shocks 4" drop and 2" drop up front with 5 lug swap kit only up front its got weld 17x4 black alumastars and RTS s77's 6 lug 15x11 single beadlock and Hoosier 28x10.5w's its been a 3 year project alot of time and money it came out nicer than I thought its my baby second trip to the track turned up some its went a 6.07 @ 117mph ol girl has alot left in but she's twisting up some its fixing to get a anti-roll bar and a 8 point cage and im shooting for 5.80s thats my goal and still be a street truck.

Dang she is fast! Check out a company called Aircraft Spruce, they sell all types of aircraft parts but you can buy those AN fittings etc. all the tools to fabricate your own hoses. You can order a free catalog. They also sell carbon fiber in a roll, with simple techniques you can make light-weight parts.

you should just put a turbo blanket on there to avoid issues with that hose burning up right away, that’s very close but glad to see the truck running again!

You should tack the bolts on the back of the turbo flange so they act as studs. Will make it a lot easier.

Looks like it was running pretty rich when you had it full throttle, like 10.1 rich which is just pissing fuel into the cyls. Try to pull alittle fuel from the tune in this cells and I bet it's alot better to start with Trucks rad!! Cant wait to finish mine on my channel

Good to see it back on the road, but now you need to do some things to make it look good also. And you need to turn your fender exit down in a teardrop style cut, not up or you will get water and trash in it, FACT.

Jack Stand Builds I’ve got a 99 single cab with a 4.8 that I’m gonna be boosting this winter, the only thing holding me back is the transmission. I’m not trying to throw a crap ton of money at it but I also don’t want to have a motor making 650-700 and a trans that’s gonna blow up instantly.

@@frankiethomas1776 Spend your money on a good transmission and suspension parts. Then go back once you got a good foundation and start with a good set of heads and a turbo spec cam. Buy a pawn shop laptop and bootleg tunes for that other headache

Doing a 4.3 to 5.3 soon, you know anyone who can re-program the computer for the swap. I’ve heard all you need is for them to delete VATS and upload a base tune.

@@jackstandbuilds just did a 5.3 btr truck stage 2, tbss intake, headers, converter, sonnex heavy duty 2/3 shift valve, Corvette servo ect ect. Didnt stand a chance. If you do a 4l80e make sure and do a video
