I'd argue it's also... Jack isn't American enough. For obvious and understandable reasons the cast heavily favored American KZbinrs whereas other countries were only represented by their biggest KZbinr or non-existent at all. There were American creators there that are arguably less relevant than Jack like the Botez sisters (whom I wouldn't remove though because there were a bit too few women in the cast anyway).

Mrbeast got those play buttons custom made just for him by youtube and he signed a contract that the play buttons will not be sold, so i believe the winner had to sign the contract too.
