There is so many game or app or browser HQ’s in California. And there is DisneyLand in California so there is really a lot in the west. I teach the states to my third graders every year using a mnemonic I created called the Man in the Map. Iowa is his head, Missouri is his shirt, Arkansas is his trousers, and Louisiana is his boots. Minnesota is a weird hat. The rest of the map is his house. Utah is a pillow on his bed made up of Arizona, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, for example. Idaho is his toilet: where does the water go? I-da-ho.🤷🏻‍♀️ Across the south the legs of his table spell MAGS: Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.
