I love the idea of reading a chapter a day, especially how Luke has 24 chapters!! It's an easy way to get in the habit. It's so hard to read the bible everyday and I feel like this is the perfect way to encourage me to do so!

lyndsey marie One thing that helped me continue reading the Bible was praying that God would put it in my heart to desire him and find out more about him that let me to read more of his word. Also, before I read I like to pray for the Lord to speak to me during that study session and for him to point out key verses and chapters in my heart.

I’ve started this challenge and it’s so great!! I love that you are doing this challenge and getting other people involved. It’s very hard to read my bible every night with school work and activities but I try my best and I’m definitely going to try this challenge!! But why on Earth is everything in between limited to one anecdote when he was 12 years old? Was his life that boring and forgetful in the interim between his brith and his death?
