@@christianquintili ACDA nationals 2023. ACDA holds conferences for directors every year, and in 2023 the Jason Max Ferdinand Singers performed. They performed "World, O World" by Jacob Collier and in the middle of the song he directed the audience.

It is an example of what can happen when we all lay our differences aside and take care of our fellow man. His audience is quite special, Jacob is a great director and we will be always amazed by his music. I think the world is not ready to understand him, most of the world listen to crappy music. The gap is big. But we are glad to take parts at these concerts. Thank you Jacob.

Just occurred to me he's an epic community choir conductor, he really rallies up tremendous motivation in his mostly pro musician audiences. He's a better conductor on stage than he is a musician overall.
