I think it is simple. Obviously the kid’s number 1 idol since he was a toddler, was his Dad, Mike. And as always the case, one wants to follow his idol’s footsteps. Jacob had always wanted to play for DLSU because of his dad. That I believe is enough reason for him to transfer when the opportunity came.

If he truly loved San Beda more than La Salle, Jacob should have remained loyal as a bedan. Jacob loves and misses being a former LSGH Lasallian and he has always dreamnt of been a DLSU Green Archer since he was in LSGH. He only watches La Salle games. Jacob being a Bedan was not desired but was an opportunity for him to showcase his championship skills. His love and desire to fulfill his childhood dream to be a Lasallian Green Archer was too great for him to give up for San Beda.

I’m not surprised, once a Lasallian always a Lasallian. His dad is obviously a factor but at the end of the day, it’s his decision to make. Kean Baclaan is a former LaSallian also not surprised if he does make the move, same thing with Evan Nelle

If may offer sa ibang school na mas mataas like monetary, no doubt a player will accept. Don't judge the players and say they don't have loyalty because unang una sa lahat wala rin loyalty ang school sayo, basketball is a business. That's the reality, when they are done with you, they are definitely done with you. If mas maganda ang opportunity is it wrong to grab it? In terms of academics, financial support, etc. Cmon. That is the reality.
