Agreed Mayor has all these issues impeding him. But surely council should be able to put bins in the city centre streets. Surely rubbish can be picked up from 4th Street , copa cabbana ranks etc. Why can't council clear rubbish from the high density suburbs. Why can't council buy a refuse truck for every 3 suburbs and road equipment machines per 2 or 3 suburbs and restore sanity ??? At some point Mayor has gotten comfortable is enjoying the perks of the job !! Trevor next time please ask such hard hitting questions !!

@@atwabindindi1711 listen to what ? To a cowboy who only saw a light bulb and flushing toilet when he came to town. Being a lawyer does not mean you can run an urban area effectively. All those dilapidated buildings in the city are owned by individuals especially whitemen and corporates but this so called mayor cum lawyer cannot use his skills to sue these entities to paint and maintain their buildings to a modern standard.He's afraid of their white skin simply because of the indoctrination that he went through training at university. There is a lot of revenue he can generate for the city by simply innovating and desist from being a cry baby of saying the local government took this and that away from me as if its the only things that generate revenue to beautify the city.One example is to introduce a congestion charge to many vehicles that enter the city centre who spent the day idle and clogging the parking space and engaging in illicit activities. Make them pay and eat into the profits they make from drug dealing and illegal activities and they will all disappear.
