To be honest this song reminds me of 'Man on the side' by John Mayer. The chord progression/hammer on on the chord has similar feel to it. I think Gabe was inspired by some of John mayer songwriting. The chords are very well put together, really like his songwriting. You can really tell that he is inspired by Mayer, just the same as I am lol.
