+Simeon Jacobs What's your issue? His answer actually makes sense. He is admitting that the state paid for the NON-SECURITY UPGRADES MENTIONED, NOT THE ENTIRE HOMESTEAD. And it makes sense because the ENTIRE homestead cost R246 mill. Which means that the non-security upgrades are included in that amount. And that is why he is asked to pay a "reasonable portion", as in the portion for the non-security upgrades. You wanted him to answer, now you don't like his answer?
