since you're using nextJS for frontend, you must be hosting it on vercel right? been hearing a lot of horror stories about high billing, can you share what you did or plan to prevent that?

I only deploy frontend on Vercel. Many other people deploy backend endpoints inside their nextjs projects

Yes, I use axios. However, I also have fully typed endpoints through swagger. So my response types are automatic when using axios.
