Sir, you are incredible! Outstanding craftsmanship and amazing repairs! It was amazing that you fixed the idle on one of the engines by simply adjusting the governor!

Love your vids! That engine that you said was a Honda clone is actually a Subaru robin and those are really good Japanese engines 👍

Ah interesting. Too bad it was as broken as it was.

I keep all the parts and label them I’ve built many engines out of junk people throw away, tanks, carb, head ,flywheels are just as good as new 😊

The sad thing I hate about these pressure washers if the pump goes bad everything goes into the trash pretty much
@stubbi5 ай бұрын
Honestly, 95% of all the pumps go bad because people are running it dry. Otherwise, especially pumps made by reputable brands, are mostly bomb proof.
@AlwaysBored1235 ай бұрын
Yeah a lot of pressure washers are pretty much made to be disposable unfortunately.

39:00 this is what happens when people just throw a hose into a lake or ditch to suck water for pressure washing. Never, ever do that. At least build a float and attach the hose with a filter cage so that it sucks somewhat cleaner top-level water.
@AlwaysBored1235 ай бұрын
Yeah I was surprised to see that. There was no screen on the water inlet fitting either.

You might want to make yourself a engine start stand to mount the engines to. Lol
@AlwaysBored1235 ай бұрын
I should probably build an actual table first lol.

What I do to Honda and bs engines is pump oil in cylinders and turn it over by hand, keep rusting under control for several years

Poor things. People don't value anything any more. Toss it and buy a new one the moment it gives you trouble.

Very informative repair video and excited to see how the engine is revived. I'm wondering whether you're up for a collaboration? Hipa supplies parts for small engines and maybe we would work together to help more people in the community.
