The skull you found in the bushes is a raccoon. A cat skull is alot more flat in the face. I have a raccoon skull and that is what thay skull was. I think that raccoon died naturally in that grass.

Could you put up some trail cams to possibly catch the people? Another thing that could be done is if a bunch of KZbinrs could get a group together and clean up areas. They say to lead by example, and so many kids look up to their favorite KZbinrs. Even if it would be once every other month. It's just an idea.

I have 3 theories as to why was there a teddy bear in the track -The first theory is that during the days when that abondened train track was still in use, a kid holding he/her teddy bear entered the train track, got stuck in there and a train came and hit the kid. Because of this the kid died. And his/her body is either recovered or is decomposed by now and the teddy bear somehow stayed intact. -The second theory is that a kid holding his/her teddy bear was walking and he/she crossed the safety line and almost entered that train track while a train was heading there and his/her parent pulled he/her out which saved that kid. But that kid dropped his/her teddy bear . -The third theory was that recently, a kid holding a teddy bear was strolling this area and the kid dropped his/her teddy bear without knowing.
