Although, I did wish Don Bluth reunited with either Jerry Goldsmith or James Horner, Don't get me wrong I like Graeme Revell's music in this, but I think it would've been more epic and nostalgic had he hired wither those two.

Titan After Earth boasts an impressive cast with Matt Damon, Drew Barrymore, Bill Pullman, Jim Cummings, Nathan Lane and John Leguizamo. Titan After Earth is the most adult and serious of Don Bluth's films, and that difference in style could be what threw critics off at the time. Its animation was highly praised, especially its beautiful space landscapes, with Roger Ebert deeming the ice rings sequence as a perfect examination of what animation can do and live-action cannot.

This movie sadly ruined a studio, but created a legend. It may not be the best out there, and may have many flaws, but I yet have to encounter someone who doesn't react to the creation of New Earth. Pretty sure many people got their first inspiration in animation from this scene alone.
