That Minecraft game was scratched like that because at some point someone moved the console while it was on and playing. When the disc is spinning and you move the console the disc makes contact with the laser and destroys the disc

It most likely is a rgh console if its banned and has that much gamer score you can unban it by buying a new kv (if it is a rgh not sure if it is or not) but if it is you can always unban it by buying a key vault (kv) and a stealth server!

2:34 replacing the GPU for a highTG version of the Y1 GPU or an Elpis GPU is permanent. the launch version of the Xenon had a Y1 GPU with a manufacturing flaw. this was solved in other revisions of the Y1 GPU and the Elpis (which is basically a Rhea GPU, the GPU from the Falcons, but with the ball array on the correct order for fitting a Xenon or Zephyr_A board)

10:51I have that exact same model and the pad never came out of the box because I already had so many and I wanted to keep it as new, well, it became exactly that color by ALWAYS being in the box, never used. This is just to say that those who believed that plastics turn yellow only because of the sun, dirt or cigarette smoke, they are wrong... This particular model has a different white than the classic 360 one and I think that the plastics have a different chemical composition which makes them more prone to yellowing.

I used to use a USB drive and custom gave saves to unlock all the achievements I’m pretty sure if I’m not mistaken. Would use achievement saves, which would give you mostly all the achievements.

Oh I remember NBA Elite 11 from the videos that various content creators who are into legacy sports titles and one of them said that NBA Elite 11 was very janky and it was very different vs the other NBA titles in terms of controls that were out in the market. 3:38 that damage is from the console being vertical. I bought madden 07, had my console vertical. About 30 minutes into playing the game I heard screeching noises from the drive and then the game glitches out. Opened the dvd drive to my horror my new copy of madden 07 was scratched exactly like that copy of Minecraft was. I never put my consoles vertical again after that. Only one that's vertical is the wii. Not going to chance that again.

It's weird seeing these consoles in such poor condition, I thought people would be like me and just keep it in okay condition. I don't use mine anymore, so it collects dust, but I treasure it as it was my childhood :/ Last I checked still boots up just fine, but I had a bug that got in it and died so it turns itself off all the time. The Xbox 360 didn't have any stabilizer for the disc so the disc would get scratched like that Minecraft disc if the console was moved or fell while a game was playing.

Modded game score you use horizon 360 mod, use a usb and a pc. Copy ya account onto the usb and connect it to the pc using the usb and you can literally get every achievement plus custom the avatar anyway you want to. But it comes at a huge risk

Man I loved the just cause 2 demo back in the day played it for hours did you know about trick to get the demo to run past the 30 mins you had to tap pause super fast in the last second and it would stay at 00:00 you could also glitch out of the play area and go under the map good times :)

I guess on why that one console has been ban probably because he used some sort of like thing to unlock all the achievements and then they get banned because of it. I don’t know it sounds something like that would happen. One time I was playing call of duty Black ops two multiplayer and somebody gave me all the achievement other than the DLC So he probably had like a mod menu or like mods to make it so he can unlock achievements. I’m not sure.

That 300k gamerscore was modded. You didn't even need an RGH/jtag to do that. Put your profile data onto a USB and then there was a program for your PC that could load the profile data and do things like unlock gamerscore, mod your avatar that's how the skin was blue.

Had to keep it subtle or the system would flag achievements as unrealistic. I think I remember seeing first offenders get a 2 week ban and lose their gamerscore, and some banned if other stuff was found which usually was. The smart people used it to make different avatars and maybe add one or two achievements every now and again that were realistic. I think at some point Microsoft found a way to detect if it had been on usb and modified when it was put back on console and reuploaded to live

i had a disc that didn't get removed from the 360 crack on me, turned on one morning the game didn't load so i had taken it out and it had a crack on it lol. i never removed the game from the console as it was a new game and the only one i played so have to clue how it happened.

Yeahhh…. I work at a business that involves repairing and reselling used iPhones and the number of them that we come across that are iCloud locked and therefore essentially e-waste is very troubling. I understand the point as to why iCloud locking exists as a way to deter theft and protect people’s data but I find that in the majority of cases people are just selling their phones and forgetting to log out, we have pallets of these things at this point and they’re all likely going to a landfill eventually.

for the console that has a ban they more than likely loaded their profile onto a usb and then loaded it up on a computer and clicked the button on a program that unlocks all achievements that the profile has played. I used to have a program that did this when i was like 12. xd

Modding the account like this wouldn't immediately result in a console ban. The account, on the other hand, would be banned eventually. They would have to mod a bunch of accounts or offer to sell the mods multiple times to get a whole console ban. But there was probably a lot more to this than just a blue guy with a huge gamer score. I used to work on the XBLPET team.

Laser burns on the disc from the console being moved/ knocked while its reading a disc. you can sometimes still save the disc depending on the severity

The laser isn't powerful enough to burn. But you are right the rings are usually from the console being bumped causing the disc to wobble and get scratched

A console ban doesn't affect anything else on your network, and anyone suggesting how to get it unbanned doesn't understand what they're saying. The actual network card is banned, down to the physical MAC address. It's something they can still do nowadays but that requires very serious infractions, because usually just banning a gamertag is considered "good enough".

I had a banned console once. I fixed a computer for a lady whom had it and wanted to get rid of it since it was next to her computer area taking space. I was told it was because their son bought the console for the 1 year xbox gold card which they took out and used on their console and then returned the new console for a refund. Netting them the 1 year xbox live subscription. At least until the cops came and made them buy it back and I guess microsoft banned the console for fraud. It was brand new and my nephews used it until last month when it gave out. Just couldn't connect to net. So that's one way they ban em.

9:37 that's exactly how my 2005 Xbox 360 got updated when I wanted to show my friend my "different" dashboard (I didn't have an HDD, all HDD was updated next dashboard) 😭 I visited him and I was blown away that he had a totally different dashboard as a 12 years old kid lol (He probably got his xbox like 1 year later than me, I got in on release) So we did a bit of gaming, went to my place with his HDD because he had games installed there and it updated my 360 to his dashboard. I was so pissed but also very curious because it was something I had not seen before. This was the time when I joined Xbox Live, the best multiplayer experience one could ever have as a kid.

No not all Jaspers had on Board storage. My first 360 was a jasper elite that didn't hat it, last year I bought a bunch of untested 360s and multiple jasper they all didn't had that on board storage. And my now main 360 also a jasper, it totally surprised me because it has the on board storage, so I made my main console I thought it's special because it has it. Cleaned it, new thermal paste applied, of course the perfect amount, and I painted it red and yes painted it the correct way. Thank you for another awesome video jacob
