Did it crease under the handle when you open the flap when you bought it? I just got this bag and I saw the creasing so not sure if that’s normal.

Hi ! Is it easily scratched ? Do you have marks, dirt you can't remove? Do you have dents, marks ?

Hi! The bag doesn’t have dents marks and dirt ( makeup) is easily removed ( I use a damp washcloth) As far as being easily scratched, I’m honestly not really sure as I try to take good care of it though I managed to scratch it after a year or so. I hope my answer helped. Thank you for watching.
