Usually D&L plays spoil sports against the chasing team. But in IPL truncated game batsmen can play all out with wickets in hand whereas bowlers were not allowed to bowl their 4 overs spell is the main drawback for the second bowling team (example Noor's 4th over could have changed the game).

@@robinrevanth : I am talking in general about truncated games. And Joe Little is not that expensive as a bowler compared to Tushar. Anyway the point is Joe little is too not allowed to bowl his 4 over spell is the argument, means the bowlers are restricted whereas batsmen got free hands to play.

Obviously no that cannot be possible rite, then there is no point in restructuring the bowlers any further in the middle of the game.
