For me she is a local girl, just a few years ago waited my table at her parent's restaurant. I told her I was a big fan and she was so nice, gracious and humble. Not sure why she is not a superstar at this point, she should be!

I saw her open for Social D back on her Gilded tour. Her voice is better live than it is on her records, and she plays really well; but her songwriting is so F’ing underrated. She’s like Lucinda Williams in that she’s a brilliant artist who happens to be a female. Hat’s off to Mike Ness for recognizing her genius.
