i think she's gonna pair up extremely well with ratio topaz cause they do a lot of follow ups and that not only benefits jade passive and skill but also covers their weaknesses of being single target only

the question about "buff to run out too fast" is also a question of her energy. If she uses her skill more oftne, she also gets more energy back. it's also been proven that it won't affect the amount of time a buff stays on a target. You just need to reapply it more often, but again, in exchange you get more energy back

She's of a different function than QQ. QQ has always been more of a Destruction-like character because her main damage is from Blast damage instead of all-around AoE. Her Ult is still strong, but not the focus of her kit. For this reason, QQ is great in MoC but is pretty shit in Pure Fiction. Jade was designed more similarly to Herta and Himeko. A true Erudition in that her damage is heavily dependent on the number of enemies on the field. She's basically made for pure fiction but will definitely have better alternatives for MOC. That being said, for Blade mains, she's a must-have if they're trying build around him.

I see her being good with 2s1 acheron comps but more so a hard mono quantum upgrade. Acheron/sparkle/jade/Jiaoqiu could be a interesting team. Seele/Jade/sparkle/fu xuan will be a comp I look forward to seeing.

For mono quantum, not unless you happen to have her e1. Her charge gain without her e1 on a hunt character is too slow to be competitive

Why would u even use erudition characters in single target bosses? Jade Erudition is for pure fiction weak trash mobs and calyx farming. Hunt characters are for single target bosses.

So TLDR Jade is Argenti lvl of skippable and she needs E1S1 to be useful outside of PF. At that point just get a E2 FF and boom she almost the same lvl in PF and being 10x better in the other 2 end game modes. And b4 anyone asks FF can 40K PF at E0S0 in the right teams so if you have the E2 welp she’s actually very strong in PF.

I like her animations more then kafka and black swans. I love em and use them all the time, I just hate how lackluster bs skill and basic is while kafkas needs more flair. Don't get me started on kafkas eids, wish e1 gave domination and e2 makes fua blast + 2nd charge.
