What i know about heartbreak is that it's normal to feel heartbroken especially if someone has broken your heart, betrayed you, or hurted you. I've had my share of heartbreaks from toxic relationships to toxic family relationships and it's never easy to get over a heartbreak. How i got through a heartbreak is I learned to forgive people for all the pain and hurt, i let go of all the toxicity that came from the pain. I started focusing on being the better version of myself because i know that the pain doesnt last forever. Heartbreak is only temporary. It does not stay with you forever because once you are able to find your own peace and happiness, then all the heartaches will disappear.
