This looks amazing, it's so rare to see mods oozing with this kind of creativity. Very rarely there are mods like Alex's Mobs and Alex's Caves that have such awesome style and so many unique concepts, and this mod looks like another super unique take on expanding a dimension. Honestly I'm not a fan of a lot of the current nether overhaul mods, but this mod looks great! Can't wait to play!

I love how much this mod already feels like an organic addition to the content originally in base game. This trailer really feels like a part two to the Nether update that I believe Jeb mentioned for the future mixed with elements from Minecraft Dungeons. Everything feels very atmospheric and original, I love it!

Although I think the changes should be less invasive than vanilla, something that always bothers me about mods is that they overlay the content on top of vanilla and it looks like it's a random map from the internet, Maybe reducing the generation of new things a little could make it more natural.

This is fantastic! So much detail put into this and it all looks very vanilla friendly. This may sound like a nitpick, but a skeleton being possessed could use something small like a unique sound or a visual effect. Other than that, this is definitely going in my mod pack.

Any amount of New content added to the Nether is such a green flag for me I love this, I love how the mobs all play into the "soul" aspect of the soul sand valley (possession and spirits), I felt like the blue slimes looked out of place until I saw them pop out of the soul sand like moles and they immediately became my favorite slime variant, and you don't need me to be the one to tell you but your soul sand mansion structure looks simply beautiful you breathed life into an otherwise dead biome, I am stoked for what else you can imagine

As someone who playtested the mod, here's what I have to say on it Absolute peak! everything from mob to sound to structure design is about on par with stuff from alex's caves. The shotgun is a very fun weapon and a worthy reward for the sanctum (it also has a rare upgrade to make it even more powerful) Speaking of the sanctum, It's one of the best structure I've played. Basically, you have arenas where you need to protect the flame from waves of monsters. The red skeletons are carcasses. They are reanimated with a flint and steel, and they help you defend. Triumphing it gives treacherous flames, allowing you to open the chests. These have busted loot (full of max level enchanted books, mendings, debris...) I'm taking the timz to write this because it's my most anticipated mod of 2024, no joke. Can you please explain 3:25 Jaden? what did these poor whisps do to you???

This is very COOL. Everything is very beautifully made and drawn. It always seemed to me that there is very little content in the valley of soul sand, I hope for an update of other biomes, I'm waiting!

this mod looks - and SOUNDS - really good! like seriously this is some really good sound design. the structure looks great, that skull gun thing looks super fun to use, and all the mobs look really well designed! my honest feedback though is that there seem to be a LOT of mobs just for one biome - if you continue at this rate for other biomes the nether might feel really cluttered. perhaps some of these mobs can be made universal to the nether or even have their own biome-specific variants?

The Soul Sand Valley is the exception rather than the norm, a lot of the mobs are possessed variants or sanctum exclusive which is why there is so many also glad you like the mod! it's actually out right now and can be downloaded on CurseForge and Modrinth

This is one of the only mods I've played that I 100% feel like Mojang would add it. When I play this mod it feels like I'm playing Minecraft and not Modded Minecraft, y'know? I would recommend slowing down with the modded mobs, mix in some vanilla mobs, but other than that it's really good.

I have never thought that it's possible to make that deserve liveless biom fun to explore, all of this editions are just perfect and 100% vanilla. I hope this mode will keep updating and we also se other bioms updated(Warphopper is so cute and scary at the same time, is it scrapped? Hope not).

Hey jaden, just want to come back just to say if your looking for more compact ideas for the sorroweed pumpkin you could add the various jackolantern types from Autumnity, and you could also give the treacherous flame a decorative use for the jackolanterns too if the player dont want to use it on the chests (i wanted to share this on the discord but I just didn't feel all to good about it, if that's understandable)
