Well, I don't usually play with ''META'' decks but this version of Yubel is so Strong, I particularly like the pure version with Super Poly (I love this card) but this version is very strong so I decided to do some tests. The more Support Yubel and Fiends get the less Super Poly into "The Eternal Loving Defender" I see which makes me sad but the deck is indeed very strong and very resilent, able to play trhough multiple disruptions and doesn't die to Shifter/Nib. I just wished the Extra and Side had like 6 more slots for 3 copies of "The Eternal Loving Defender" + 3 random Xyzs/Links, allowing to side Super Poly as a board breaker when going second in games 2 and 3. I like Deck Lockdown as a Floodgate cause you can activate it at the end of your combo and retrieve it with opening of the gates.

Nice Video I also prefer the pure version more because of Super Polymerization, but isn't it possible to play it just as strongly with Super Polymerization? And I think cards like Beatrice, etc., will be banned in the future

While I'm not a fan of how this deck plays, it's hard to deny that it's absolutely powerful and will be very meta when it drops in TCG. Good showcase of duels.

I love the synergy between both / all 3 engines. Looks like a very fun way to play the deck and probably the best way to play it. Although I am a big fan of spoly it's too damn iconic for yubel especially with the full board wipe of yubel + effect monsters

I don't really care about them being meta I just want the new Yubel support in MD, never been so interested then disappointed so quickly when I first discovered the Yubel cards only to find out the originals didn't really do anything..

They do. Throne, unchained and squirmer all promote Yubel evolving into the bigger forms, Phantom makes them usable in gy as free materials (recycling doesn't matter) and every support card works with them. Pain is literally an errata so they work in every battle while preventing the opponent from playing around them. With the exception of Throne being unsearchable (on purpose for balancing) and Golem/Favorite being a bit slow for 2024, all of the support is on point and utilizes every card instead of just replacing them.

@@LilyApus if i remember correctly they saw some play with Fire King Island and Nephthys, while they were a menace in Duel Links but that's about it. How could they see play on their own without any support anyway? The era of Mystic Tomato summoning it and being a wall for the opponent were already long gone before we even got Yubel.

I used to think adding Dark Necrofear or Curse Necrofear would make the deck move too. Once it’s reprint season I’ll see what I can cook up lol I like the build, that sauce makes the deck move way better. The Fiendsmith makes good for fiend type monsters.

Curse Necrofear, floodgates so you get more faceup cards to fuel the end phase effect, and Dark Spirits reviving Yubels (with Archfiend Empress) non stop every turn is a super "cursed" build to make "Nightmares" real in locals. However it's not competitive

@@babrad I’m using lava golem too, but now I’m kinda working on it because not Yubel yet. Until I find a job. But I do have Gaurdian of Eattos. The deck is based upon Bakura and Rafael’s boss monsters. The deck is fun when it combos off, but I still need work to make it fun or pop off to figure out what works and what doesn’t.

When i saw you going for the link two light fiend I started screaming "nooooooooooooooooooooooo Jaden BR Nooooooo" because she isnt released nor confirmed in the Battle of Legends set ... meaning the combo isnt legal for us :') Do you intend making a new video TCG exclusive ? or share a different line ? It's simple, if you start with dark beckoning beast you can search opening, go for another one and second normal summon. If you start with opening however, you search dark beckoning, normal summon and you either search another opening or go for chaos summoning beast to second normal summon and go into any link 2. Edit: don't forget that you get to recycle the dark beckoning beasts in the deck with phantom of Yubel or soul of rage/anguish that add those back to hand

Tekken, DMC, Yubel.... Stop it Jaden I'm going to have a heart attack too much excitement. I don't have anything to add about the deck (except that i find 2 Beckoning wrong and forced for 3 gates to become "correct") but i wonder about something else. How were your Melodious matchups going second? Bagooska + Etoile + Bacha is nasty against Fiendsmith build, and even without Bagooska your only outs to Aria are Irae and an attacking Varudras. So far it has been my worst matchup, with Snakes being favorable and Tenpai a joke.

the fiendsmith, the fiendsmith fusion can negate aria, and it also doesn't target, but I was thinking about using 42 cards with 3 droplet in the main since it doesn't have super poly, but the pure version reads easier in these situations, for example the version with fiendsmith has more difficulty against shifter and Droll while the pure version has a little easier against it!

@@JadenBRYT Irae is the lvl9 fiendsmith that's why i mentioned it. From my testing not only Droll and Shifter became much stronger against the deck (I expect Droll in every list during InFo) but the deck in general became so much weaker at breaking boards. Almost the entire extra deck is focused on going first and Chaos Angel or other innovations are really needed. I'm also a bigger fan of the super poly build, but to be honest that version is Tier 2 compared to Fiendsmith/Handtraps. Droplet can also be very costly so I'll try DRNM/Eclipse (I prefer Eclipse) instead because despite the great followup Snakes have they can't come back against Phantom + 1 of the Ceasar/Irae/Varudras Thanks for the reply!!! It's D Time!! Emmmm, It's YUBEL TIME!!!
