I killed the matriarch spider so I could make my first loom thinking that’s where I get the silk from. I thought it was a sub-boss I only had stone armor😬

I found the final boss to be actually easier than the black hornet boss(which nearly one shot me with its charge attack). I just face tanked it mostly and killed it with the lubber club.

I actually never crafted new armor. Combat felt extremely easy so far. I found the spider boss on accident at the bery start and killed it without many problems. Despite beeing a bit too easy tough it felt satisfying, when i got parries or dodges off.

The missing stonecutter is a spear you need to find in the Greylands. You need to find the actual weapon to unlock the recipe

Bought the game yesterday and had really no idea how deadly the insects were and went to fight the rhino beetle with a wooden sword, I rolled out the way of a charge and it got stuck in the little stream of water and couldn’t move welllll it’s scummy but I smashed that mf til my sword broke I then moved onto my bow but it was healing to fast for arrows to take effect I then swapped to my pickaxe then my club then when all was destroyed I finished it with my crude axe😂😂😂the relief!!!
