We for sure have a hardcore spooky mug reseller at the Homegoods nearest to me. There is never anything there. I have gone to other Homegoods and it isn't an issue. I asked the associates and they confirmed a lady comes in and buys the entire stock of any mugs they put out so I would assume you are having a similar issue with someone clearing the shelves.

Lol when you said “school zones” my brain also went to “they were cones!” 😂 please please please- when baby boy starts going to preschool and then elementary school- please give goodies (his clothing I feel like is an unsaid thing- I already know he’s gonna BRING it lol) so that the administrators and faculty know y’all approve of and like Halloween! Out here in California when I was growing up, in the late 80s-early 90s-Halloween was IT at school! We had a costume parade through all the classrooms and we got to see everyone’s costumes and we got candy and it was a WHOLE thing! And partly I think that’s why I am unapologetically this way 🤷‍♀️. So fast forward to my kids in school experience- they cut out a lot of holidays…they kept thanksgiving weirdly enough but Halloween was a no no. SO! I made candy “poppers” with paper towel rolls cut into tiny tubes- I threw in a few tootsie rolls and then wrapped them in Halloween themed tissue paper and twisted the ends and added ribbon and spider rings. I made enough for everyone in my kids classes annnd a big one for each teacher with their name on it annnnd the office staff and principal lol. We were unapologetically the halloween family lol. They brought them to school in Halloween bowls and wore Halloween themed clothes. My kids were the stand-out-only Halloween kids but u know what? The school eventually started allowing Halloween to creep on in there…they did a candy exchange…then the next year did a costume contest…now everyone can wear their costumes again for Halloween. The prohibition was over lol! We had to fight for it! I’m telling ya lol! Long story but wanted to encourage people in this next gen of Halloween parents-BE THAT MOM & DAD LOL! Do all the things despite everyone else! I appreciate you Jade & Dallas! And all the fellow Halloweenies out there! ♥️♥️♥️ Edit: p.s. lol I bought the spider and green slime from CVS for my brothers birthday- it did not disappoint 😂 and it smelled like the 90s slime. I don’t know how they did it but it was a whole experience lol

We didn’t even have as much at our local CVS as you did, sadly. Our Walgreens was just starting to put things out, so I may go back one more time. We’re house haunting (hunting) right now, so I don’t want to put out all of our decorations, in case we find one soon. But I have some cute pumpkin-y and vintage-y decorations in our kitchen to make it feel cozy, and some witchy decorations up in the living room. All of it will be easy to throw back in bins if we need to move quickly!

Here in Austria it's really difficult to get Halloween, gothic or spooky stuff. But I it's better that way, otherwise I would just buy piles of stuff every year, even though I don't really need it. Yesterday I was at TK Maxx, there was a little bit of Halloween stuff. Not even half as much as at your place, but more than nothing. But the stuff I like in you Haul or hunting videos most of course I just can't find anywhere. This year I try to make pappmaché lanterns. Hope they turn out the way I want.

The Halloween mugs are finally coming out to Homegoods today ! They have gotten in some wonderful Rae Dunn ones ! I got a black mug with topper of a ghost and Rip -with Boooo! written on it ! A poison one that’s black with lime green dripping over poison ! Plus I found Harry Potter poly juice potion cauldron and mug to match all in black ( white writing) plus Harry Potter canister (white) with Hedwig on top and Harry Potter large canister with the golden snitch on top ! Scored big time ! Plus at Marshall’s I found the haunted house pillow like you have (same company) in a long version with two haunted houses on it ! Ive never seen one like it ! Hey ghoul Hey! You missed a lot of the walmart stuff. I knew in the first visit it probably wasnt out yet, but there are other sections seperate from the front halloween aisle that have some nice things. Its kind of where they keep they straw bales. There are a bunch of mugs and stackable mugs, a couldren and another wax nelt thing with very delicious wax melt stuff. Not to mention the cook ware. There is a ton at walmart this year
