GREAT SWEET AND A little SPICY DISH THAT IS SUPER QUICK AND EASY---simply mixing about a 1 1/2 CUPS of HONEY with a little bit of MUSTARD really well then pour over chicken pieces.(I like to skin my chicken first).put in a buttered dish and bake at around 375 for about 45 min -1 hour. SUPER EASY AND SUPER DELISH! You can even add a little curry powder for a nice flavor as well. The cooked chicken and honey/mustard sauce will create a great amount of sauce when done to serve over rice if desired. I've been making this dish since. 1991 and it's a family fav of ours.
