I think if parents wonder why the their kids behave like that then they need to ask their kids why (in low tone, show that you care about them). because sometime kids don't understand and don't know that you love them. you need to tell them. even after you scold them you still need to hug them, tell them why that's wrong and tell them that you love them. all of parents in the world are a new parents, parents still need to learn. kids needs to learn too, both kids and parents need to learn. but that's a different matter. read book about parenting, watch someone who good at parenting who posted it on social media (easy to learn), consult to a psychologist, etc.
