Well, my guess was right Numair can't become a father according to his reports so he's doubting Andaleep now. Hope he handles this matter patiently. The doctor suggested that 99% he can't father a child but Andaleep got pregnant because of that 1% chance. Numair is a doctor, he obv will have more knowledge, he can easily get DNA test done. I hope he doesn't hurt Andaleep as he's shown to be a mature man till now.

I think Andaleeb is having some kind of tumour in her uterus which is being misunderstood to be a foetus (as you know, Numair being an oncologist is scared of cancer). Now in the initial episodes, Numair is going to doubt Andaleeb of having an affair with Moiz. But later on he will get to know about Andaleeb's disease as Numair is infertile.
