*. We are proud to be an Odia, our tradition, culture, and food is always awesome. Today our Pure village cooking team preparing a purely, Puri Jagannath temple style ghee rice, sweet dal with mustard seeds paste mix veg recipe.
*. we cooked these recipes in our traditional way with a wood fire in the clay pot.
*. we used some green vegetables to prepare the mustard seeds to paste mix veg recipe.
*. In Odisha, we called these recipe's names GHIA ANNA, MITHA DALI, AND BESAR. We feel proud to eat these items in the name of Lord Jagannath.
*. After we complete our preparation, we distribute the food to our villagers and some needy poor people in our local area.
