Nice G17. My duty weapon is a G17 Gen 5 done by MapleLeaf Firearms. I carry the Trijicon RMR 6.5 Moa dot and love the front enhanced serrations and black nitrite finish. I love this gun and I have shot 400 to 500 rounds every weekend through this gun for the past two years and I have completed three pistol classes with the gun running a thousand rounds or more in each class. I have over ten thousand rounds through the gun and its been flawless with no parts breakage. I just changed the battery out on the rmr on birthday but it was still working fine. Cant go wrong with the G17.

Nice Video! I have a G17 Gen4 and I'm looking to get the Holosun 507 cut with the top serrations. Maybe also the chamfer, with the Black Nitride finish. Sounds like you are happy and satisfied with the job!! How long was the turnaround time? Did you send the optics with the slide? Do you know if they add the JW logo on all the slides they cut? Can you opt out of that JW logo?

That balancing doesn't make any sense to me. The material taken out for the optic cut is offset by the optic itself. If anything it seems you would have to add weight to the front if you didn't already have a flashlight.

It's a Gerber Pledge I just found at Walmart. When I saw it I had to have it just because it looked so cool.

I HAVE A QUESTION I NOTICED YOUR GLOCK HAS THE SAME THING AS MINE .AT THE END OF THE PISTOL TOWARDS THE BARREL THE FRAME AND SLIDE TOUCH.DOES IT HURT THE FUNCTION OF THE PISTOL

Hey man, sorry it took so long to respond. Don't worry about the frame touching the slide, it's completely normal and will not effect the function at all.

GK69 is correct. Commonly referred to as the "Glock Pig Nose".

@@stickyrice2714 No, that is a Gen 4. It has three takedown pins, whereas Gen 5 only has two. Not only that, the slide is not beveled which is only on Gen 5's.
