Do you need to log into your old email to transfer your info to jagex account? Email doesn't exist anymore.

Unfortunately yes cause it'll send a confirmation email to it to confirm it is indeed you

@natephillips5306 potentially but I have heard of people being able to fix that issue but you'll need to go through account recovery. If that doesn't work and you have access to Discord and/or X, Twitter. A lot of J-Mods are active on those and have helped people before

What happens to the email you use to manage your account? When u make a jagex account can you use that same email or if you make a new one does the old email used to manage account get unlinked to the rs account

When you go to make the Jagex account, the email you use during the initial set up replaces old email(s). You can use your current email for the Jagex Account. Now once you go to link other accounts for different emails, those will be dropped after you confirm it was you. Really a great way to get all notifications under one. And hopefully one day, cosmetic unlocks.

@@Manithral okay so if I want to use a brand new email during the jagex account sign up I can? And when I add my other account with a different email too it will be all switched over to the new email I use during sign up? Okay thanks alot man. I'm nervous to make the switch

@@kevinmalone1820 yup you can use a brand new email np. I did the same thing actually and just put the ones I wanted to transfer into the same email. Its worth doing and I know some had some issues in the beginning but Jagex seemed to have ironed those out.
