Jagex recently introduced a 1 week rotation for rmblem trading (bounty hunter) worlds. This means for a whole week there will be only ONE world you can access the emblem trader on!

The chance to kill that 60 hp 14cb account is close to zero. He overheals thus you cannot 1shot him, then the follow up spec has to hit very high as well. 3way combo eat + overhealed 60 means you gotta deal +110 dmg with a max of 61 specs.

So 10 tiles is the max distance you can be at before getting unfrozen, so you'll stand at max distance and when they freeze you then try run away (more than 10 tiles) you'll get unfrozen instantly
