So we almost made it through a year where rs3 almost died > they do a survery about mtx (probably not liking the results) > they do a private email survey for ony certain people > we receive way more mtx.. We got absolutely fooled or I fooled myself, but I truly thought we would see a change towards the end of this year, instead of it going in the other direction...

Since you asked, kill times on average 2:35-2:40 with my pr at 2:29.4 There's some sort of bug thing that I haven't been told how people were doing but I've seen some in game quick chats of kills at 31-35 seconds.

Same never been bothered by it. Just use my spins and move on never interacted with it beyond that. And the spins after quests is a good motivator to do quests

Let’s compare it to weightlifting, which is for 99% of people a personal endeavour. Nobody will know how much you lifted yesterday, but the fact that it takes effort and persistence makes it rewarding to reach that goal. The value of said goal is one only you can measure. Nobody knows how much you worked for that lift, but you - however, let’s imagine you could pay the gym to lift that weight for you. That would rob you of the satisfaction. Let’s say you could legally eat a pill that guaranteed an easy 200lbs lift. Sure you did it, but now the value you’ve placed on the lift is not personal and tied to your personal experience of the lift, but a set dollar amount instead.

Gate of Elindis was fun for two days and now the game just feels cartoonish, cheesy and the owning company treats us like cash cows and milks its consumers every chance it gets with predatory tactics. Shame. Dayz Frostline is way better to invest your time into a sandbox game

I don't see why people are constantly crying about MTX. They are a buisness, and businesses need to make money. If you don't like it, don't pay for it, it's as simple as that. I would happily pay whatever the price to continue playing a game I have loved for 20 years and would hate to see anything happen to it because little babies crying over paying for things.

So many people were dying on the 1/500 hill. I was convinced it was 1/80-1/100. They couldn't grasp that 1/500 was more than I think any boss and well more than most.

You realize it is pretty much 1/500 right, the drop rate is 1/480 for a specific item, which is what people were saying 1/500 would have meant 1/125 for a rare... We were pretty close lol.
