The DH Wand could be functional enough if it let you attack draconic monsters at the speed of the Toxic Blowpipe (2-tick), for every other npc it could remain at 5 tick attack speed. I think this could balance the DPS and no major changes to the stats might not be needed. I haven't done the calculations or anything, just speculating.

5:20 it was never a bad update. The boss is good, it's fun and introduces you to the types of mechanics that are used later in raids. It is a perfect stepping stone towards getting lower levels ready for raids. But yes the drops did need buffed

Not every boss needs to drop four mil and loot an hour. I think the mechanics alone make the boss really fun. It’s the perfect level of engaging without being exhausting after a while. Glad they boosted the loot, it was much needed.

the wand is lvl 65 magic to use the xbow is 70 range and lance 78 attack.then lets add the requirements to get. The only way i could see them make it better is to make it able to fuse with the kodai insignia adding 8+ magic att 10% magic dm and 20% to damage vs dragions = 24 magic attack, 29 magic def, 20% to magic damage, increases accuracy by 50% and damage by 40% when fighting dragons and unlimited earth rune ( i think you should be able to change the unlimited rune to another some how like imbuing so you can change it like the Elemental staffs.) requirements 80 magic. imbuing could also buff it. Also Trident of the swamp you need 78 magic and it has 11 more magic attack 1 tick faster and can venom i hope it can out dps a lvl 65 wep useing the same spells. dd with full str built cant out dps abby dagger with ferocious glove, primordial boots, zerker ring I and avernic defender at Olm

With Huey being 90 combat i don't think the dragon wand should be on comparison with the lance and crossbow. From and ironman's perspective its way easier to obtain and shouldn't be at the same level as that, even a swamp stick is harder to get (87 slayer and zulrah kc), yes buff it but maybe it should sit above dcrossbow dps at vorkath, bridge the gap between dcross and dhunter cross

A lot of comments ive heard about the wand is that mage gear is way too squishy for fighting dragons. Maybe giving the wand some defensive stats would make it more useful?

The dragon hunter wand should be cast with set runes and it’s a base attack, then to unlock the better stats you must charge it by killing any dragon to take there soul for better stats. And if you kill say a baby blue dragon it only charges by one soul but if you kill vorkath it may charge up with 50 souls per kill!

Great video! I was thinking the dragon bane magic wand is like an entry dragon bane weapon for magic, and would be cool if a stronger dragon bane magic item was a reward from another raid or a higher level boss that would be more on scale for dropping a end game dragonbane weapon. What if future updates put in an entry dragon bane melee and range, like a much weaker dragon hunter crossbow from a more mid level boss.

You can't make dragon hunter wand 3tick because it'll start to make tridents and sang worthless, which are really only used at cox and tob at this point. The only way to make it fit into any meta is to increase it's dmg % towards dragons.

make dragon wand do comparable dps against vorkath as the other dragon bane weapons while using crumble undead on auto cast since you have to bring crumble undead for the fight anyway. you would take more damage during the fight because you are in robes but the tradeoff of making it a small bit easier might give it some real use without making it op. would also make vorkath a bit more ironman friendly by giving them a faster route to kill vorkath efficiently without the high requirements that it takes to get the other dragon bane weapons. let me know what you guys thing about this idea.
