Your mentioning giving vip tickets to fans who could not afford brought up few fond memories. how we had tricked security to get our friends spending for 2 tkts and getting third guy free.first two will go inside and later one guy take both tkts and exit with some excuse and give second tkt to our third friend waiting outside. This was at Bhavans college for Jagjitsingh Chitrasingh in 70s.. very fond memories🙏🙏🙏

Congratulations Kuldip for a very good endeavour. Fans of the great composer singer Jagjit Singhji and fans of ghazals will be grateful to you for sharing rich interviews. I have been listening to Jagjitji’s singing and compositions from early 70’s and still do so regularly. I was glued to the first interview with Rajat Dholakia carefully listening to every word, every phrase, every thought. The central idea Rajat brought out in a subtle manner with humility. You played your role very well, bringing the essence out with cues, leads and nuances most required elements in an exchange. Once again it is so heart touching to have watched Suresh Wadkar interview. A sincere tribute to the legend from a very accomplished singer. Watched another interview with Saumil Shyamal about the virtuoso JagjitSingh. Both articulated the apt most nuances about his compositions in a very scholarly and yet simple manner, a combination difficult to bring together . The famous duo provided very learned, well studied comments and even demonstrated the understanding of the delicate tapestry of JS compositions. Great work Kuldip.

I must say this particular episode is truly outstanding. As a composer Jagjit jee was undoubtedly a genius. His work is a true testament to the remarkable Ability he had. Modern ghazal pioneers ability to evoke the emotions and create a sense of depth and complexity was truly unmatched. Mr Kuldip your interactions with both musicians are very refreshing and deep at the same time. The way you gentlemen express the analysis is truly enlightening.
