I would try unbolting the prop shaft and turning it 180% and bolt it back on see if that cures the vibes? If not try 90 % they cost nothing but a proper re balance will! I always try the cheap ideas first LOL. Looks like it has been very well and carefully built! Nice one

Rather like a Fiberglas kit of a DJ or 'Postal Jeep' as used in the U.S., which were 2WD and usually right hand drive so mail carriers driving in the right lane could simply reach out the window to access roadside mail boxes.
