​@Gucci Moncler what ever you do don't buy any tuner chip they don't really work I only recommend getting a viezu tune for the jaguar f-type do a before and after see the results.

Nice video I have a 2014 jaguar f-type v6 base the difference is the v6 s is tuned same engine and gives 40 more horsepower.

Or better yet, a Stage 3 V6 with intake and exhaust. Still be under 500hp but a lil lighter. Mine will also have a trans tune that delivers more torque and more precise manual shifting.

I bought the 340hp V6 based on current budget. Going to dump some performance into her until I can swing the R model. But I have a feeling that when I'm done the car will have more than enough power for good times.

It’s not that much faster… I’m not sure what’s going on here. I have a software updated Ftype S with a full exhaust and I easily hang with hellcats and C6/C7 vettes up to 100. He’s not using manual mode or anything.. the 3.0 thrives when it’s held at its optimal rpm range in 3rd for a roller… and boost brake for a dig launch… and have the V8 stop jumping the starts.

Being RWD the V6 will be faster than you think as it's lighter than the AWD. Did any of these cars have the software update that makes the exhaust valves close when stationary?

You should've done the v6s rather than the base. The R still would win but it would've been a slightly better comparison.

the f type s makes a real difference not only cuz of the 40 horse but lsd and active suspension. I feel like my non s would have fared better.

It’s showing the difference in comparison towards performance, like c7 to c7 z06 or a CTS to CTS V, it’s showing people exactly how much difference in performance the cars are apart. I would have love to seen this myself before we initially got out v6. Someone will appreciate it
