@@sameishdifferentdazz I think it’s because Dani provides commentary under fair use. In Jag’s case, she provides some commentary of Dani’s content, but typically uses content that has a copyright. That’s probably why a lot of Dani’s strikes go through. Also, it probably doesn’t help Jag when she constantly curses, promotes violence, uses explicit sëxual language and hate speech, etc.

Fair use is allowed and listed in KZbins terms of service. Anyone can be content as long as you follow the rules. So be mad at the laws.
