Jaguar XJ8/XJR Console Removal

A quick and dirty how-to video about removing the center console section of an X308 Jaguar (XJ8 / XJR). I had found another video showing parts, and a couple of write-ups. But what had been missing for me, was the rear piece behind the console that some models have - where the heated seat switches are, etc. The veneer pries up with a trim tool to expose two screws. Most console removal write-ups don't add that bit.
The video is shaky, there's some wind noise, and I'm not a pro. But it should at least give an idea. And yeah, car is a mess atm.
