Every time someone says "authentic self" I immediately cringe and know they are trying way too hard to be 'different' and 'cool', because they have no idea who they are and what they like/want. Its just them trying to 'fit' in to something and be cool! No one who is comfortable with themselves needs to tell anyone else they are 'living their "authentic" self', ever.
