But basically Pico was getting ready to turn Darnell into Swiss Cheese but realized he's out of ammo, Darnell in the other hand was about to perform a cool fire trick and turn Pico an extremely Roasted Chicken, but realized he's outta gas, so they decided to recreate a Fight Club scene!

As someone who has played rhythm games for about 2 years and experience with vsrgs, wrist and hand pain slowly goes away as you keep playing constantly so just practice. Also try looking at the midline of the screen and use peripheral vision when hitting notes.
