"Jai Samvidhan" Can't Be Silenced By BJP: Congress Deepender Singh Hooda

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla's observation on "Jai Samvidhan" during oath taking ceremony has stoked a row. Congress MP Deepender Hooda had raised his objection on the floor of the house. In this interview to The Red Mike, Hooda called out the unconstitutional approach of the house in silencing the microphone of Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition, something that has happened in the past and happened again in 18th Lok Sabha where BJP has been cut down to 240 in the recently concluded Lok Sabha Election.
