Probably Rajesh Khanna was forced to close this project because of scarcity of funds. This must have been an ambitious project, given he shot in California and other locations in USA also. It would have been interesting to watch both this movie as well as the other movie 'Police ke Peechhe Police', which Rajesh Khanna was producing during 1989-90. I remember reading some news article about it; was in school that time, but was fond of reading filmy magazines (off course, my parents didn't know about it, else they would have stopped my visit to the local bookseller🙂))).
