Google Pancocojams Roaring Lion - Jail Them (Sound File & Lyrics) That post includes a transcription of this song & comments about certain words. That transcription was originally published on a Mudcat Cafe thread about this song. It's interesting how current "Jail Them" still is.

Many thanks, I have the cassette and perform the tune whenever possible. A great artist, I saw him and Lord Melody at WOMAD in England once, the Eddie Grant re-issues are excellent. Still topical.

Hi. I see you have a nice selection of Roaring Lion tunes uploaded. By chance, do you have the one he did where he's singing about being present for a shango dance? Can't remember the name (unfortunately), but he repeats a lot of the Orisha chants during the song. Thanks.
