hey buddy ... have you enabled 'Developer options'? open 'My Fire TV' & select 'Developer options'. if you do not see 'Developer options' ... hit the enter buttun 4x to enable it. open 'Developer options', then select 'Apps from Unknown Sources' = On. retry the download/install & you should be good ... hope this helps.
